Yohei Miura

Born in 1982. Yohei has studied a wide range of basic to applied computer engineering.

After working as a system engineer, he started his career at YCAM as a server network engineer in October 2008.

As a member of YCAM InterLab, Yohei has been in charge of the system and network planning for main events and exhibitions, the development of software necessary for artwork production, the YCAM museum server, and its network building, maintenance, and management.

Since April 2021, he was trained in Critical Engineering, engineering for artwork production, hacker culture, and mindsets by Danja Vasiliev at Weise7, a studio in Berlin run by artists, engineers, and researchers, including Critical Engineering, as part of the Agency for Cultural Affairs' Overseas Study Program for Emerging Artists.
